Ivory Dental Kepong provides general and restorative dentistry, dental implants, clear aligners, and related dental services. Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for a professional consultation or diagnosis.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or affect your ability to book future appointments.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees vary by treatment and by case, and will be confirmed with you before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Individual treatment outcomes may vary, and any estimates given are not a guarantee of a specific result.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ivory Dental (Kepong) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
